Limits
Password-protected PDFs can’t be added until you remove the password with Unlock PDF. Bookmarks from the original files are not carried over, and very large files depend on your device’s memory.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser: your files are never uploaded to a server, and there is no sign-up.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to merge PDFs online here?
Yes. The files are read and merged by your browser on your own device; nothing is uploaded to a server or saved.
Can I merge only some pages of each PDF?
Yes. Each file has a “Pages to include” box where you can enter ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-. Leave it empty to keep every page.
How do I change the order of the files?
Drag a file up or down in the list, or use the arrow buttons next to it. The number on the left shows its position in the merged PDF.
Why can’t I add a password-protected PDF?
An encrypted PDF can’t be read without its password. Remove the password first with the Unlock PDF tool, then add the unlocked copy.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
There is no fixed limit. Everything happens in your browser, so very many or very large files are limited only by your device’s memory.
